Surprise Stadium Spring Training Facility – Texas Rangers & KC Royals

Henderson Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Clubhouses at the Surprise Recreation Campus in Surprise, Arizona. Each team’s current facility will be renovated and expanded and include improvements to: offices, cardio areas, weight rooms, locker rooms, hydrotherapy, laundry, food service, and multipurpose rooms.
