Together, we work in partnership from site assessment to blueprint to build. Our goal is to provide the best client experience in the industry. And it seems to be working… more than 90 percent of our work is with repeat clients who request us on their projects.

At Henderson, we’ve been known for our people-first culture and focus on client relationships since our firm was started in 1970. We know good design requires great building partners to bring it to life, which is why we offer clients both engineering expertise as Henderson Engineers and construction management experience as Henderson Building Solutions under one roof. We’ve grown from a three-person team in 1970 to more than 1,000 employees today, but our values and purpose have never wavered. We’ve always been committed to providing an open and inclusive workplace where people can reach their full potential – both as employees and individuals.
