Henderson Director Named Plumbing Engineer of the Year

Plumbing Engineer magazine, a leading trade publication, has named Karl Caouette, plumbing technical director at Henderson Engineers, as the 2025 Plumbing Engineer of the Year. The annual honor recognizes one individual each year who is “doing exemplary work in the plumbing engineering profession.”  

An industry veteran since 1999, Karl has earned a reputation as a respected leader through his impact at Henderson Engineers and his ongoing service to professional organizations, including the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and  the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO).
