One of our most successful restaurant programs is the nationally recognized, California Pizza Kitchen. We've collaborated with this pizza giant on more than 115 new store and remodel locations since 2001. We know that renovating spaces can be challenging. That's why you can expect a higher level of coordination when we draw our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs around existing systems.  Our partnership with CPK has kept us ahead of dining's growing trend --the open display kitchen.  Over the years, we've become experts in our field with our creative layouts that are not only eye-catching but functional. Our HVAC systems keep the cooking area ventilated for proper service over extended periods of time. With multiple wood burning stoves, brick ovens, and hot grills located steps away from the dining area, we know that proper balance of air delivery and exhaust is crucial. With our designs, you can rest assure patrons won’t notice anything but a casual dining experience, topped off with high quality food. Adding a touch of sophistication and ambiance to these non-traditional pizzerias, our expert specialty lighting systems in the dining and bar areas are impressive, to say the least. Our expert drawings work in tandem with the architectural design of the restaurants, elevating and enlivening the overall aesthetics of the space.
