The Soll Center for Student Opportunity combines the college’s career services center, scholar communities, and sponsored experiences into one convenient location. These three entities are dedicated to mentoring and guiding their students for success in their future careers. In particular, the Robert Day Scholars Program preps students for leadership roles within business, finance, government, and not-for-profit organizations. The space was thoughtfully configured to include spaces for collaborative learning, interviews, private counseling, and a safe haven for students seeking personalized career advice. Prior to the repurposing the Frazee Community Room/Fitness Center to become the Soll Center, we completed a feasibility study to provide options on upgrading the electrical and mechanical systems for code compliance and flexibility.
