HEI Project Profile - Long

Home to more than 700 employees, Lexmark International is split between two, four-story office towers in Lenexa, Kansas, showcasing a smart and vibrant corporate space designed to emphasize innovation and collaboration. Henderson’s team designed sophisticated systems to bring this building to life, including an 8,000 SF, 90-foot tall atrium, an expansive cafeteria and a health and wellness center, complete with exercise room and full size dodge ball court. Henderson also powered Lexmark’s data center, conference center, an auditorium, and numerous amenities and a 450-car, 1-story garage parking deck. Creating environments where people can work and play as hard as we like to is always gratifying work. And this special LEED certified space is one we’re truly proud of.
