Today, more people are trying to create and fix stuff on their own.From renovations, to paint treatments and landscape designs, thedo-it-yourself trend is creating growth opportunities for homeimprovement stores like Lowe’s. Each Lowe’s Home ImprovementCenter is based on a prototypical design that Henderson Engineersutilizes and adapts as necessary to meet site and local coderequirements. This approach results in a timely and cost effectivedesign. Components include: general and display lighting, retailsales floor, specific display area, stock room, outdoor garden center,offices, as well as power quality management, emergency generatordesign and building energy management system. Currently, Henderson is Lowe’s Fire Protection Criteria designer. Wedesign the Lowe’s fire sprinkler prototype for new stores. We’re gladto be part of the team building Lowe’s infrastructure to make sure itmeets the needs of DIYers and all expanding markets
