HEI Project Profile - Long

There are currently over 400 ULTA Beauty stores nationwide that incorporate Henderson’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services. That’s important because these one-stop salon and beauty supply stores range from 8,000 SF - 15,000 SF and are primarily located in power centers and indoor malls. This ongoing program includes prototype update and maintenance to keep pace with the frequently changing merchandise and salon layouts. The new store program includes site-adapt design for stores throughout the United States and management of the construction change process for the numerous stores that are under construction at any given time. Henderson also assists ULTA and its other MEP and architectural consultants with a wide variety of design initiatives.
