Ryan Haug

Ryan started working in our Lenexa office as a mechanical designer on venue projects, but quickly jumped at the opportunity to help start an office in Los Angeles, where he has been ever since. Among his many successes with Henderson, one of Ryan's favorite is helping build a diverse and inclusive team in LA that has been recognized as the #3 Best Place to Work by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2019 and #4 in 2020. His dedication and attention to detail keep the office running efficiently.

As our luxury practice director in the retail sector, Ryan believes relationships are at the core of a successful project and focuses on the client's experience as our differentiator. He's responsive and methodical which is how he's able to successfully conquer overseeing the challenges that come with designing a dynamic spaces. Ryan effectively ensures client goals are communicated to his team and the firm as a whole.
