As our mechanical technical director, Brandon Elliot believes mechanical design is a cornerstone of modern society since it keeps spaces at the right temperature/humidity and ensures high air quality. Brandon is a big proponent of inspiring our engineers and the broader HVAC industry to find creative ways to lessen the impact on the environment as the world continues to grow and more cooling is needed.

Brandon loves to mentor up-and-coming engineers. In fact, he was an integral part of developing the Henderson Technical Path, providing additional career advancement opportunities for those who want to stay in the design or mentoring side of the business. In addition to aiding colleagues, Brandon enjoys the progression of a project over time and says seeing a thought become reality makes him feel like an artist.
