For Xavier Hankins, communities are built on strong relationships. As the Corporate & Community Relations Leader, Xavier prioritizes partnerships that create opportunities and open doors for others. Through impact and consistency, Xavier is known to bring people and organizations together to drive meaningful change.

Xavier's efforts are seen through her involvement across Kansas City, where she serves on several boards, including the Centurions Leadership Alumni Program through the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Top Gun Kansas City, and BLAQUE KC, where she’s a board member for Hope Leadership Academy. When she’s not working, Xavier enjoys spending time with her two sons. She loves traveling and exploring new places, trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and listening to live music and open-mic artists.
