Zach Hawks

When it comes to building communities, Zach Hawks leads with purpose, passion, and a drive for building high-performing teams. In his role as project director for our community sector, he helps create environments where people come together to build something meaningful.

As a lifelong athlete and proud dad to two pre-teens, he spends much of his free time coaching their many sports teams. He believes strongly in the power of youth sports to build resilience, character, and community, plus it gives him a great excuse to stay in the game. When he’s not coaching or catching a game (baseball is his favorite, but any sport will do), you’ll find him at the lake with his family where he enjoys fishing, floating, and soaking in the sun.
