Henderson Project Earns Best New Multifamily Project Award

The Monarch HALL Park, a new 19-story high-rise apartment building in Frisco, Texas, is the recipient of the 2024 Best New Multifamily Project award from Dallas’s D CEO magazine. Henderson Engineers was the Engineer of Record for the groundbreaking development, which brings 214 luxury units and high-end amenities to a site that was formerly part of a traditional business park. The project is a piece of a larger ongoing mixed-use development, with Henderson also providing design services for the adjacent HALL Park Hotel, The Tower at HALL Park office building, and the 5.8-acre Kaleidoscope Park.
