Kevin Lewis, CEO and President of Henderson Engineers, was recently interviewed about employee ownership by KSHB 41 News, the NBC affiliate in Kansas City. The feature stemmed from Henderson Companies, the parent company of Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions, becoming 100% employee owned after launching an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in late 2021.
