  You guessed it; we’ve had some work done. We can’t wait to introduce you to the new Henderson – your partner for building life. To us, building life has two distinct and important meanings: improving the actual building life of the places we help create and impacting the lives of the people who enjoy those same spaces every day.

BUILDING LIFE: PLACES

At Henderson Engineers, we’re passionate about designing systems that improve the lifespan of each building we help bring to life. Since our start in 1970, the services we provide have evolved beyond mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to total building system design. And now, to provide better integration between those services, we’re bringing them all under the Henderson family name. Our former specialty divisions Fire Dynamics, Impact Illumination, and Collective Tech are now known only as Henderson Engineers. Simpler. More seamless. We heard you. The different names and logos were sometimes confusing, and you already trusted Henderson Engineers to provide each of those building system design services. We’ve also better aligned Outcome Construction Services – our wholly-owned subsidiary – to the Henderson family by renaming it Henderson Building Solutions. Historically, our industry hasn’t focused on what happens once a project is complete. Henderson Building Solutions acts as a transparent partner to assess, deliver, and sustain holistic solutions for the life of your building, bridging the gap between design, construction, and building maintenance. Together, Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions combine best-in-class engineering with in-the-field expertise to provide you with single-source, coordinated solutions.
