Pride By Design Profiles Henderson Entertainment Practice Director

Mischa Haramia, entertainment practice director at Henderson Engineers, was recently featured in an online Q&A by Pride by Design, an organization aimed at creating visibility for LGBTQIA+ individuals within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Haramia, a Henderson veteran since 2003 who is actively involved in the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, spoke candidly about her professional background and her experience and advocacy as a transgender woman. She also shared a variety of best practices for creating an inclusive workplace.
