HEI Project Profile - Long

CityCentre is considered to be Houston’s premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Within this 37-acre mixed-use development, patrons have access to upscale retail, hotel, multi-family residential, lofts, and office space. Specifically, Henderson worked on three buildings: • Building 1 included a 2-story, 120,000 SF speculative retail and restaurant shell space.  • Building 10 included a 2-story, 155,000 SF speculative retail, restaurant, conference center, and theatre shell space. • Building 15 included a 16-story, 156,000 SF speculative office space with retail and restaurant space on the first floor.   Henderson also designed three office tenant fit-outs, including the developer’s office space.   This project was the recipient of the Houston Business Journal 2010 SIOR Project of the Year, Mixed-use & Retail, Landmark Award.
