Park Place is a mixed-use “urban village”complete with a 125-room hotel located north of Town Center Plaza. The goal of this project was to create a pedestrian-friendly environment similar to the Country Club Plaza and Brookside in Kansas City.  The project included condominiums within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, office space, specialty retail, and an outdoor ice rink. About a quarter of the 34-acre site is reserved for parks and open space including landscaped sidewalks. Additionally, both curbside and open-air garage parking are provided.
