This design-build project involving a new, Fixed Base Operation (FBO) private terminal to expand the existing FBO as well as the renovation of an existing ramp. The building contains a flight planning room, theater room, pilot’s lounge, conference rooms, high-volume lobby, offices, support functions, and second floor outdoor patios. Henderson’s technology services included design of a structured cabling system, telecommunication grounding and bonding systems, network hardware, and network electronics.
