Video: Henderson Healthcare Experts Discuss Electrification and Decarbonization with CSE

Consulting-Specifying Engineer (CSE) magazine recently featured Jon Flann and Josh Smith, healthcare building systems design experts at Henderson Engineers, in a video discussion about hospital electrification and decarbonization.

Flann serves as a health sector practice manager at Henderson, overseeing up-and-coming designers, managing production systems, standards, and processes, and helping spearhead business development, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Smith is a mechanical engineer who is also part of the firm’s health sector, designing building systems, preparing design documents, and helping coordinate tasks and procedures for hospital projects.

In addition to covering the opportunities and challenges associated with full electrification, the CSE interview touched on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted indoor air quality, emerging innovations, and more.
