Henderson’s third annual Junior Engineering Day was featured on
41 Action News/KSHB in
Kansas City. President and CEO

Julie Pierce showed reporter Jordan Betts around the event. Students from more than 20 school districts throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area were exposed to hands-on demonstrations designed to inspire them to become interested in STEAM and potential careers in the industry. The stations kids participated in from various disciplines are outlined below.

Manual Career and Technical Center in partnership with
Kansas City (Mo.) Public Schools.
