Plumbing Engineer Magazine Highlights Henderson’s Shake Shack Projects

In an article for the October 2022 issue of Plumbing Engineer magazine, Warren Rosenbrook, plumbing technical director at Henderson Engineers, outlines the plumbing design Henderson has undertaken for Shake Shack nationwide. The company has served as the building systems design engineer on more than 135 Shake Shack restaurant locations. Rosebrook’s piece gives a behind the scenes look into the water heating systems, instantaneous hot water, and water treatment on these projects.
